holiday

Went water rafting with Con & Con's friends at Kiulu River on Saturday. The river is graded as 1-2, but since it was raining the night before, I thought the rapids would take my adrenaline to the next level, but tht did't happen. Still, it was fun and my arms hurt from the sunburn. Have to make sure that next time no outdoor activities without sunblock.

Also few places to check out-

Pixart

This is my latest project, creating a photobook from PixArt. A colleague of mine, finished her kids photobook and inspired me to start one. My project is actually my sister's wedding photobook. Price-wise, i thought it's quite reasonable compared to the heavy storyboard-book-album that photographer charge up till RM500. It is RM89 for 10 pages(double sided prints), and additional page is RM7.

I will be submitting my order today, so hopefully by next week, i'll get to see the result. Will post the samples here as soon as it's done :D

Chronic Disorganization

During Senior Farewell party, the juniors quote me as someone who's always have to check my-so-called-planner-book. It's not that I'm anally retentive who's obsessing with every minute of my life. In fact, it's the other way around. I'm chronically disorganized and forgetful which makes me always have to write things down. In fact, every month, I would always lose (or misplaced) at least few things. In fact, I think i'm going to join a Chronic Disorganization club just because I'm so disorganized. Let me quote what they do "The mission of the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization is to explore, develop, and disseminate to professional organizers and related professionals organizing methods, techniques, approaches, and solutions that will benefit chronically disorganized people."

Okay let's see...
1. Has disorganization been a factor in your life for many years? (check)
2. Does your level of disorganization interfere with
negatively affect your relations with others? (check)
3. Has disorganization persisted despite self-help attempts to get organized?(check!!!)
4. Do you own at least one organizing book? (no!!! Should i have one?)
5. Do you lose or misplace papers and items despite keeping them out? (YES!!!)

Oh my God!!! Despite all my efforts, I'm officially a chronically disorganized person :( I am in need of a proffesional organizer to sort out my life!!!
Here are some organized closet (that i wish i have!) and bookshelf

men vs women ...

I found this from friendster bulletin board. Funny....

THE SILENT TREATMENT

A man and his wife were having some problems at home and were giving each other the silent treatment. Suddenly, the man realized that the next day,he would need his wife to wake him at 5:00 AM for an early morning business flight.

Not wanting to be the first to break the silence (and LOSE), he wrote on a
piece of paper, "Please wake me at 5:00 AM " He left it where he knew she would
find it.The next morning, the man woke up, only to discover it was 9:00 AM
and he had missed his flight. Furious, he was about to go andsee why his wife
hadn't wakened him, when he noticed a piece of paper by the bed. The paper
said, "It is 5:00 AM. Wake up."

Men are not equipped for these kinds of contests.

WIFE VS. HUSBAND

A couple drove down a country road for several miles, not saying a word. An
earlier discussion had led to an argument and neither of them wanted to
concede their position. As they passed a barnyard of mules, goats, and pigs,
the husband asked sarcastically, "Relatives of yours?"

"Yep," the wife replied , "in-laws"

WOMEN'S REVENGE

"Cash, check or charge?" I asked, after folding items the woman wished to
purchase. As she fumbled for her wallet I noticed a remote control for a
television set in her purse. "So, do you always carry your TV remote?" I
asked."No," she replied, " but my husband refused to come shopping with
me, and I figured this was the evil thing I could do to him legally."

UNDERSTANDING WOMEN
(A MAN'S PERSPECTIVE)

I know I'm not going to women. I'll never understand how you
can take boiling hot wax, pour it onto your upper thigh, rip the hair out by
the root, and still be afraid of a spider.

W O R D S

A husband read an article to his wife about how many words women use a day...
30,000 to a man's 15,000. The wife replied, "The reason has to be because
we have to repeat everything to men... The husband then turned to his wife and
asked, "What?"

CREATION

A man said to his wife one day, "I don't know how you can be so stupid and
so beautiful all at the same time. " The wife responded, "Allow me to
explain. God made me beautiful so you would be attracted to me; God made me
stupid so I would be attracted to you!

WHO DOES WHAT

A man and his wife were having an argument about who should brew the
coffee each morning. The wife said, "You should do it, because you
get up first, and then we don't have to wait as long to get our coffee." The
husband said, " You are in charge of cooking around here and you should do
it, because that is your job, and I can just wait for my coffee." Wife
replies, "No, you should do it, and besides, it is in the Bible that the
man should do the coffee." Husband replies, "I can't believe that, show
me." So she fetched the Bible, and opened the New Testament and showed him
at the top of several pages, that it indeed says ..........."HEBREWS"

Single registry

It's unfair that married couples and pregnant mothers can have their registry.... I've decided why don't the singles out there start creating their "single registry". Here are in my registry
1. Makeup Traincase like the professional :D

2. M.@.C Studio Finish Concealer. There are mixed reviews about this particular concealer, some find it too dry and cakey, while others find it just-the-right-coverage.

3. A new Hard Disc for my IBM T40. My shoulder is aching from carrying 7 lbs D3ll laptop
4. A real Nikon Camera Bag for my D7o
5. Gym membership :D (Like I go to the gym ;P)

6.... Mmmmmmm can i say i want a whole new wardrobe with plenty of shoes???

n... Thank God it's Friday !!!!!
