I bought ingredients for pancake weeks ago from Merdeka Supermarket, yet too lazy to do it. Merdeka Supermarket is another supermarket that sells a lot of imported products (especially food) other than Tong Hing. I found out they also sell my-back-then coffee, Folgers!
This pancake is soooo easy to make, basically just mix the mix with water and cook it on a non-stick pan. (I didn't do this, mom did) 
Pour maple syrup on your just-cooked-pancake
voila.... breakfast is ready
and have this with a cuppa of coffee...
